Engineering 2022, Volume 8, Issue 1, Pages 96-107 doi: 10.1016/j.eng.2021.11.002
In the upcoming sixth-generation (6G) era, the demand for constructing a wide-areatime-sensitive Internet of Things (IoT) continues to increase. As conventional cellular technologies are difficult to directly use for wide-area time-sensitiveefficiency of using resources, and confirmed that it is advantageous to integrate NTN with MEC for wide-areatime-sensitive IoT.
